On a VPS, yes: the server is yours, so just install the other game. On game hosting, the server is set up for the game you bought; to switch, talk to our team.
On a VPS, cores and memory are yours alone, on a physical server that runs fewer VPSs per processor than the market. On a dedicated server, the whole machine is yours. For servers with many players all the time, a dedicated server handles more load.
